Convent Palace - Bologna

The room was clean, nice and very updated. The parking was very secure. The host was amazing and accommodating despite our tardiness on arrival. The location was convenient. The staff were attentive and exceptionally helpful. The host, Pasquale, was polite and friendly. We felt like home and recommend anyone visiting this cozy and beautiful city to stay here.

Pasquale, the host, truly makes you feel at home. The room is comfy and comes with a balcony and a very large window. The venue has a great setting in the park where nuns used to pray.

We had a great stay in Bologna near to cafes, Bologna, the train station. It was comfy in the center. The property was 400 feet away from Bar Lady Violet. We loved efficient staff and owner. Had early check-in too. Could use central heating, a microwave and a refrigerator, admired views of garden. Everything was simply great.

The center of Bologna is so charming, I just loved it! And having free WiFi was a lifesaver, because who doesn't need to stalk their ex on Instagram while on holiday?

Who needs a comfortable bed anyway? Sleeping on a rock would have been more luxurious.

The staff at Convent Palace are extremely polite and welcoming. The location is great for a long stay, with a reasonably large room complete with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. The host provided a nice welcome, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

The apartment is in a converted convent with a peaceful botanical garden view. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The location is great, quiet yet close to the city center.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the historical city center and all the attractions that Bologna has to offer. the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience.

It was disappointing to discover that the room was not as expected, as it was advertised as a hotel but turned out to be a shared apartment.

The value for money at this place was fantastic! The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right on the border of the city center and facing the beautiful botanical gardens. The staff was friendly and even arranged a taxi for me to the airport, a lifesaver!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. It made it really convenient for us to explore without having to rely on public transportation. having the option of an automated security system was a nice feature, making it easy and efficient to come and go as we pleased. Lastly, the view outside our room was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our stay.

One major downside was the lack of customer service at the hotel. There were no additional services available and the check-in process was confusing, especially for those who are not tech-savvy.
